There are hundreds of companies providing office supplies in Dubai. Although all of them deliver basic office supplies directly to your door or office, there are a few that stand out and one’s that I can recommend if you're looking to purchase office supplies in Dubai.
The one that I would recommend first without hesitation is Altimus Office Supplies LLC. Their website is www.altimus.ae. I like them because they have an excellent online ordering system and a very professional delivery team who deliver to our door or office, and have reached at least me, on time every-time. I have also on on the phone found their customer service to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
The second company that stands out in my mind, and one that I sometimes use is Office King FZE. The website for these guys is www.officeking.ae. They are quite similar to Altimus and also have an online ordering system; and they too deliver to your doorstep.
Having dealt with a lot of office supplies and office equipment requirements that receptionist and procurement assistants are pressured to procure; and usually at a moments notice, more than price they are interested in dealing with suppliers who can help them do their job efficiently. I can imagine the grief that the office the procurement in charge will face from their management if their office runs out of paper or toner for the printer just because they tried to save a few dirhams and got into trouble themselves as a result in their organization.
As the saying goes you pay peanuts, you get monkeys. I've been on this path and will recommend one goes with a professional supplier and not the cheapest. A slightly higher premium is justified for a company that's provides great service which basically means that your critical requirements get delivered as promised. Remember; service costs money. You will get what you pay for. Choose wisely!
